Verlooy and Igor made a good start in their American tour

Jos Verlooy started well in his American tour : he won the 1.50m Welcome Stake of the CSI5* in Tryon on the back of the Emerald van 't Ruytershof son Igor and so he was the best of a large number of jump-off participants. Maarten Van Waes bred Igor out of Tunica (by Nabab de Reve).

Bertram Allen also won a 1.50m class, riding the BWP horse Lafayette van Overis, which was bred by Studfarm Overis BVBA out of the combination Kashmir van Schuttershof x Tauber van het Kapelhof.

The pair Allen-Lafayette already had won a 1.45m class on Friday.
