CSIO Linz : Belgium/BWP wins the nations cup, Yves Vanderhasselt and Jeunesse on the GP podium

The CSIO in Linz was a smashing success. Belgium won the Nations Cup with a team consisting of 3 BWP horses : Gilles Dunon and Fou de Toi vd Keihoeve, Yves Vanderhasselt and Jeunesse, Frederic Vernaet  and Just a Gamble. Wilm Vermeir, riding DM Jacqmotte, was also a member of the team, but he didn’t have to take the start anymore in the last round . A great performance by our compatriots!

Vanderhasselt and Jeunesse  continued their good performances by jumping to the bronze medal in the GP.

And we should not forget the great performanceof Irene vd Kwachthoeve. Irene is a daughter of Griseldi out of a dam by Tresor d’ Opaline. Dries Smeets had a top weekend, for his breeding product jumped to three victories : twice in a 1.45m class and once in a 1.40m class. The mare was ridden by Antonio Almeida.
