Last weekend at Lion d'Angers the World Championships for young eventing horses toke place. In the 7-year-olds Belgian rider Vincent Martens achieved handsome bronze (Eiskonig), the gain was for Laura Collett (Mr Bass). Karin Donckers was tenth with Jalapeno and eleventh with the BWP Lamicell Iris (photo). Iris descends from Favoritas XX x Montebello La Silla (Portofino). The mother of Iris, Magnolia LS, is the last daughter of the famous Britt. Breeder is Vic Donckers.

In the six year olds the gold was for Michael Jung (Fischerincantas). The best BWP-result came from Joy Chin van 't Moerven, ridden by Pieter De Cleene. The duo was 19th. Joy Chin is a daughter of Lord Chin x Matchero and was bred by Marc Meeusen.
